The Coach

I'm a qualified Executive Coach who works with a select group of growth mindset individuals and teams who are willing to invest in themselves and work towards their goals and life changing results.

I’m also an ex-professional rugby player who took an unconventional route to achieve my dreams. Whilst I wasn’t unfortunate, my route to representing my country and playing at the highest level domestically was anything but smooth sailing. It was a long road with a lot of setbacks and opportunities to quit.

I feel lucky to have taken the path that I did because it means I sharpened the skills and learnt the lessons necessary to achieve success. My background in elite sport combined with my study and experience in Executive Coaching mean I know how to get the best out of others and support them on their journey. I’ve invested tens of thousands of pounds in myself working with other top coaches because I recognise how important it is to back the only horse in the race we can really control, ourselves.

My 'No Sweat' mantra is built from the ethos that once there is a goal in place that you truly want, we can take time to do new and deep thinking, challenge you, remove self-imposed limits (which you might not know are even there), focus on what is within our control & influence and, with this new way of looking at things, achieve what you really want.

You’ll work less and achieve more. No Sweat.

By working together, I believe there is nothing you can’t achieve. If you want to play big, I’ll be by your side.
